Eterna Partners was born from the friendship between Ettore Guassotti and Axel Versluys Barbagelata , two young entrepreneurs with different yet complementary backgrounds, united by the desire to acquire and lead a company over the long term.
We're friends before we are partners. This relationship allows us to work with great mutual trust, ongoing dialogue, and aligned decision-making. We share the same values and approach to work, but we bring different skills and perspectives, which we believe are essential to leading a company in a balanced and responsible manner.
We've gained international experience working closely with entrepreneurs, family businesses, and SMEs, taking on direct responsibilities in operations, finance, and sales. We understand the day-to-day management of a business, making difficult decisions, and building long-term results.

Ettore Guassotti
Ettore has an entrepreneurial and managerial background with strong international exposure. He has founded and managed his own ventures, worked in family businesses, and held operational and coordination roles in growing companies.
Over time, he has developed cross-functional skills in operations, finance, and business development, with a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach. At Eterna Partners, he focuses on operational management, business growth, and day-to-day work with people.
Axel Versluys Barbagelata
Axel's professional career has focused heavily on analysis, decision-making process structure, and the economic sustainability of companies. He has worked on growth, evaluation, and performance improvement projects, always working closely with entrepreneurs and management teams.
At Eterna Partners, he brings a structured and analytical vision, combined with a practical and collaborative approach, with a particular focus on numbers, processes, and long-term sustainability.
